music.dog provides a music streaming platform specifically designed for pets. The Service includes curated playlists, AI-personalized music, and related features available through our mobile applications and website. The Service is offered in Free and Premium tiers with different feature sets.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile information up to date.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe for web subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the respective platform's refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All music, audio content, algorithms, designs, and other materials on music.dog are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and (for Premium users) download content for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, copy, or publicly perform our music content
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk

7. Disclaimer

music.dog is designed as a wellness tool for pets and is not a substitute for veterinary care. While our music is based on scientific research, individual results may vary. We make no guarantees about specific behavioral outcomes. If your pet has severe anxiety or behavioral issues, please consult a qualified veterinarian or animal behaviorist.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, music.dog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
